Cancellation Policy
Please see attached Link for all appointments: https://booking.hydreight.com/widget-business/brgip Steps for appointment Booking: 1. Press Link or scan QR code (whichever you have) 2. Create Account (this gives us your information) 3. Choose your service 4. Fill out release forms 5. *if first time, there is a 1x consult required for a prescription to obtain services, cost is $25. This prescription is valid for 6mo. It will ask you at this point, to pick a date/ time for that appointment, then fill out release forms for that. 6. If not first time, skip step 5 and notification is sent to Dianna 7. Payment information is requested, however it will NOT charge you until AFTER services have been provided and payment is confirmed at the end of the appointment. Please do not hesitate to ask questions, we are happy to help answer anything. We are 100% transparent and we do not know everything, but we will find an answer if we do not know. You are able to cancel your appointment online via that portal account. There is a cancellation fee for anything cancelled within 24hrs prior to your appointment. Hydreight is the parent company, providing the medical oversight required for the State of WA in order to provide services legally.
